I don't think that sushi alone is expensive. However, for us who drink sake, it is always harder for us to drink, so we both have about 15,000 yen. But I went twice, but I would like to go again and again. My sister in Itaba is a good girl
I don't understand, why should I listen to it by calling directly, because the maiden's sales form is almost reserved only, even the person who actually went is once and it is not free again, so reservations are also possible Now it has been popular for 3 months. The year-end and New Year holidays are naturally too busy. If you make a simple reservation, you may think that it is the desired date, but it's sweet, but I have booked about once or twice a year so far, but I have never had the desired date at the time of reservation, It's all according to the maiden's free date and time, so if you want to know the situation, you should actually call and listen to it yourself. I have been doing it once a year for several years, but I have never been able to make reservations easily in summer or winter. Moreover, it seems impossible to say that it will be possible tomorrow tomorrow. Counter 7 to 8 seats are full, if there is only one seat and more than 2 people, it will be ok. But again, it will not be possible to wait in line with the seat from 5 o'clock and the seat from 7 o'clock. There is only. I'm not able to do it from the place where my house is close to my home, so everybody is a little misunderstood. Otome Sushi can only be seen. Also, wine etc.-I am especially okay to bring it in, but I hope that in advance, just because the maiden has only a glass of wine. Also, most of the dishes are left to the course. I don't like this. I don't like it. It's so popular that it's not so easy to have a sushi. But it's just like a top restaurant in Tokyo. There are things that are close and can not be eaten elsewhere, but I usually go to another sushi restaurant and take a wine companion ~ If you can make a reservation ~ Price range is 15,000 yen only for sushi It's cheap compared to the Tokyo specification from the front and back, and if you have sake-with sake, you shouldn't think about 20,000 to 30,000. There is not much to say about going to a special maiden in Kanazawa
If you are overseas, how about making a reservation by e-mail, etc. First, the conversation may not be possible. However, if the email is Google, there is a translation function so the recipient can easily deal with it. In reality, I posted French wine to the Domaine in Japanese, but it seems to have been translated, but that's what I'm doing. Does it happen to be empty? I don't know but it's impossible. Today, tomorrow etc. will not work in trendy stores, so it may be that there is only one seat in the pearl waiting for a month but usually we have quite flexible reservation dates, roughly Make a reservation so that you can make a reservation at any time, and it may be impossible if you do not have enough money and money. Also, if you have an acquaintance in Kanazawa and you can rely on it, you can ask for it ~ come to Kanazawa and call it from here, so it is not a valid store, so even regular customers are so fashionable that reservations are difficult There is a problem, but if you are not registered with Google, this is out of question.
I'll say it, but things are so busy, why? Because there are many people who like to see things, I bring in my experience, wine, etc. At the time of booking, just in case, beware of Belaire's Nui Saint Georges 15 years white, be careful with Chatchii even though there is a glass Or something. I want to eat that because it is a course I do not know what I want, so just in case at the reservation stage, I will make a reservation, but it is premised that the reservation is completely protected Cancellation etc. up to a week in advance. It is natural to wait for 2 to 3 months for some reason. Time is also defined. Because of the price, it's usually a course. If you don't want to stop at that point, the course will be about 15,000. If you like sushi that is nicely arranged, I recommend it-Mekumi reliance may be good, Chidori is not good, I am too busy not to call, I am a cell phone that I can enter around 11 am I passed There is nothing. Politely always ~
The best. A must go
It was truly the best sushi I have ever had! A fantastic experience! The staff was very nice and helpful and the sushi was amazing! Every single one of them was like a little piece of art.
Best sushi experience in my whole Japan trip. Lucky enough to find a place at the counter and order the omakase (chef's choice). Would definetly recommend to anyone visiting Kanazawa. A bit tricky to find — the entrance is hidden behind a parking lot, couldn't make it without Google Maps.
*** Famous Sushi restaurant in Kanazawa ***So famous that you have to make a phone call for a reservation at least two months before visiting. Since both Otsumami (dishes before sushi course) and sushi is a bit strongly-seasoned, strong sake like local "Noto Homare" is fine to drink with.
Best sushis I have ever eaten. During my next trip to Japan, I will make a detour to Kanazawa especially for this restaurant ! Just seat at the bar and enjoy best sushis in the world :)
Otome Sushi. Absolutely delicious, these were among the best sushi I have ever had: beautiful to look at; fresh, precise in taste. It was also great to see the Chef in action in this very intimate setting.
5 stars has never been enough to describe how much I love this restaurant. Probably you could not find such a gem, even in Tokyo
Amazing food and product quality. Best meal so far on our trip!
Sushi here is of an amazing quality and at a fraction of a price compared to Tokyo. Service was really friendly and accommodating, and I was in my happy place. Probably the best sushi in Kanazawa, and definitely comparable to the sushi shokunin in Tokyo. Certainly can't beat the seafood in Ishikawa!
We were fortunate enough to get a 40 minute opening on the day and were recommended a 10 piece omakase nigiri course. Each piece was a work of art, exceptionally fresh and delicious and had that wow factor as soon as they came into contact with your tastebuds. Standouts were nodo guro (のど黒), uni (うに) and anago (穴子). Stylish entrance and setting, and very friendly and attentive staff. Will definitely be going back.
Amazing!!! The best sushi we had so far. They asked what we don't eat and from there it was the chef's choice. Not cheap but highly recommended
Great sushi in a tiny venue where the chef prepares individual pieces in front of you. No English menu but chef suggested 8 pieces of his choice per person which came to around 5000 yen
Words can't explain. LOVE.🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🐏🐏🐏🐏🐏
Good, but not sublime.
Outstanding
very delicious
Thank you for such a wonderful meal! This is one of the best omakase I've had! Fresh, and with its own character, every piece is a different tasting story. They were fully booked but managed to find a way to squeeze me in for lunch when I went in person to ask, I am so happy that it happened!
Amazing local sushi, for a very reasonable price, considering it is a Michelin star rated restaurant (around 15000 Yen for two people, including sake) The atmosphere was very cozy, fish was the freshest I’ve ever tasty, and the rice was perfect. It was truly mesmerising to see the sushi chef creating an almost art or dance with his hands, while preparing the sushi As I don’t speak Japanese, I simply asked for the omakase, but saw other tables getting some sort of set with grilled fish included which looked very tasty too!
Delicious food and great service.
Foreigners not welcome. Cannot recommend!
Super delicious sushi and halal! Need reservation a month before, because they're always full.
Make a reservation. They won't seat you even when they first open without one.
This is one of the wonderful sushi shop I have tried. Each sushi is very delicious. The sea food is very fresh. The taste of them can stay in your month for a while. This is a must-try sushi shop in Kanazawa.
One of the best meals we had in all of Japan. A bit spendy, but well worth the price. absolutely incredible sushi.
